Summer Internship – Automotive Sales & Administration

About the role

This six‑to‑eight‑week summer internship is based on‑site in Beirut, Lebanon, and offers a student or recent graduate practical exposure to the automotive sector. Working alongside Monza S.A.L.’s sales, administrative and after‑sales teams, the intern will observe daily operations, customer journeys, vehicle documentation and service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and updating sales and service documents.
• Maintain customer records and support basic data entry tasks.
• Conduct simple market research and prepare short reports.
• Support administrative and customer‑service activities across departments.
• Help coordinate service appointments and vehicle paperwork.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in business, engineering, logistics, marketing, IT or a related field.
• Interest in automotive, electric or armored vehicles and business operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and collaborate with multiple teams.
