Structural Civil Engineer – Design & Estimation (1-2 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Structural Civil Engineer with 1‑2 years of design experience to join our team as a Design and Estimation Project Engineer. You will be responsible for creating precast, post‑tensioned, and reinforced‑concrete floor systems while working closely with clients and the production factory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of horizontal elements such as slabs, beams, and precast/post‑tensioned systems.
• Prepare detailed drawings and design solutions that meet high‑quality standards and project schedules.
• Conduct cost comparisons, value‑engineering studies, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Coordinate site activities with the factory and client, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support the sales team with technical proposals, client visits, and closing sales.
• Participate in trade shows and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in structural design, preferably with precast or post‑tensioned concrete.
• Strong understanding of prestressed concrete theory and relevant codes.
• Ability to perform hand calculations and produce clear technical documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ETABS or ROBOT structural analysis software.
• Experience with SAFE, AutoCAD 2D, and Excel.
• Knowledge of ACI 318, IBC and UBC codes.
• Familiarity with PCI 7th edition, PTI 6th edition, Adapt or RAM is a plus.
