About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves coordinating product displays, handling inventory, and maintaining store standards during business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and floor employees.
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper merchandising of promotions.
• Set up and maintain store displays and product presentation.
• Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees; evaluate performance.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and respond to supply and demand fluctuations.
• Ensure merchandise is clean, ready for display, and complies with quality, health, and safety standards.
• Collect competitor pricing information.
• Organize staff schedules and support sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 0‑2 years of experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong reporting and organizational abilities.
• Professional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage processes, analyze information, and maintain supply and inventory control.
