Store Sales Manager

About the role

The Store Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut, responsible for leading store operations and driving sales performance while delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities and monitor stock levels.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Supervise, coach and develop the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Set, track and analyze sales targets, conversion rates and average transaction value.
• Analyze sales reports and coordinate promotions with head office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align in‑store activities with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management, including team supervision and daily operations oversight.
• Strong sales and customer‑service track record, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to manage merchandising, inventory control and store presentation.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related field.
