About the role
The Store Manager will lead daily operations of a retail store in Jdaideh, ensuring a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and daily store operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate merchandising, and implement loss‑prevention measures.
- Handle basic administration such as reporting, cash management, and compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Proven store management experience with ability to lead and coach team members.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Standard office software proficiency.
