Store & Brand Development Manager

About the role

Atelier Nanou, a semi‑luxury Lebanese lifestyle brand, is seeking a Store & Brand Development Manager to lead its Mar Mikhael boutique. This full‑time, on‑site position combines daily store management with strategic initiatives to grow the brand’s visibility and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance, meet store targets, and develop revenue‑growth strategies.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s image.
• Support digitalisation of store processes, including inventory management, reporting, CRM, and customer engagement.
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and related operational workflows.
• Build strong client relationships and foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with founders on events, partnerships, and store activations.
• Act as a brand ambassador to elevate Atelier Nanou’s position in the semi‑luxury market.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury sectors.
• Previous experience in luxury or semi‑luxury retail is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field (preferred).
