SOC Engineer

About the role

As a SOC Engineer at Procomix Technology Group, you will be responsible for delivering proactive support and maintenance of client IT infrastructures. The role focuses on real‑time security monitoring, incident detection, and rapid response to ensure service level agreements are met and client satisfaction remains high.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events in real time using SIEM and other monitoring solutions.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, determining root causes and mitigating threats.
• Analyze threat intelligence to stay current on emerging cyber threats and incorporate findings into daily operations.
• Document and report security incidents, maintaining detailed records for management and stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional cybersecurity, IT, and stakeholder teams to resolve incidents and improve security posture.
• Identify and propose enhancements to SOC processes, tools, and technologies.
