About the role
Hinnawi International Group is expanding its retail team across major Lebanese malls. We are looking for enthusiastic Shop Managers and Sales Associates to represent top international fashion brands and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, team performance and visual merchandising.
- Ensure excellent customer service, uphold brand standards and achieve sales targets.
- Train, motivate and supervise store staff, maintaining stock control.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling and achieve individual sales goals.
- Maintain store cleanliness and support daily operations.
Required profile
- Previous retail management experience for Shop Manager role; retail or customer service experience preferred for Sales Associate.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
