Senior Retail Sales Associate

About the role

The Senior Sales Retail Store role at BeytMod is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dbayeh. You will lead daily sales activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure an engaging in‑store experience that aligns with the brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers, driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock organization, and store presentation.
• Support training and coaching of junior staff and mentor new sales associates.
• Oversee cash handling and point‑of‑sale procedures.
• Gather customer feedback, contribute to promotional initiatives, and collaborate with management to optimise store performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven retail sales experience in fashion or lifestyle environment with a track record of meeting targets.
• Solid organisational abilities for inventory and daily operations.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or supervising retail staff.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred; French is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays, and ability to stand for extended periods.
