Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tendering and Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut. In this pivotal position you will lead the preparation of competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals for project tenders based on client specifications.
• Develop precise cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure competitive and realistic bids.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Produce financial breakdowns, margin analyses, and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop HSE plans and arrange project insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal management within engineering or construction.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
