About the role
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to ensure proper quality and scheduling of concrete prefab house construction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality control over site works.
- Identify site problems and coordinate with parties to resolve them.
- Use Microsoft Project to prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Follow up on procurement and site activity schedules.
- Update the schedule weekly and send reports to clients.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, and wood works.
- Expert in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Good knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
