Junior Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated engineering graduate to join our steel engineering and contracting team. This hands‑on position supports daily execution of steel projects, working closely with foremen and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with foremen and workers, assigning tasks based on priorities.
• Assist in planning timelines, monitoring execution and progress.
• Review drawings and requirements to prepare optimized material requests.
• Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure material availability, delivery and transport.
• Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and client specifications.
• Visit sites for surveys and progress checks, and keep the team informed of needs, delays and issues.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with 0–2 years of experience; civil engineering preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating with foremen, workers and suppliers.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
