Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions. The role will involve translating business needs into scalable applications and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components (Aura and LWC).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development best practices.
• Participate in design discussions and solution architecture reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Stay informed of Salesforce releases and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST and SOAP).
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
