Senior Sales Representative & Business Development Executive

About the role

IIS E-Solutions, a digital marketing agency founded in 2014 and headquartered in Beirut, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative & Business Development Executive in Beirut. The role identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, nurtures relationships with existing and prospective clients and drives revenue growth for the agency's digital marketing, branding and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients, and hold discovery meetings
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records
• Contribute to sales strategies, market positioning and expansion into new sectors and regions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives and long-term partnerships

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Previous experience in an agency or B2B environment is highly beneficial; familiarity with regional and international markets is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong sales, account management and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising or technology services, able to explain SEO, PPC, social media marketing and web/app development
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including leading client meetings
• CRM tools, basic sales reporting and forecasting, with attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work closely with marketing, creative and technical teams
