Senior Sales Engineer – Automation & Electrical Solutions

About the role

The Senior Sales Engineer will drive new business across home automation, industrial automation, and electrical sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while delivering tailored technical solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline by engaging contractors, architects, and partners.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demos, and technical presentations.
• Analyze specifications, design customized KNX and automation solutions, and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor project milestones, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues proactively.
• Deliver after‑sales support and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Update CRM with accurate client data and sales activities.
• Prepare regular reports and market analyses for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within automation or electrical sectors.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into feasible solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
