Senior Product UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end‑to‑end design process for AI‑powered software, SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications and intelligent agents. The role involves client discovery, research, prototyping, testing, developer handoff, launch and post‑launch measurement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI projects from discovery and research through design, development handoff, launch, testing and continuous improvement.
• Conduct client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, workshops and brainstorming sessions to capture objectives, user needs and challenges.
• Perform user research, competitor analysis, persona development, synthesis and problem framing to guide product decisions.
• Translate business and user requirements into IA, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes and design tokens.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate workflows while validating outputs.
• Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation and provide clear production‑ready handoffs.
• Present design concepts, research findings and rationale to international clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes and shipped outcomes.
• Excellent client communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain, defend and iterate on design decisions using evidence and research.
• Interest in continuous learning, AI, emerging technologies and mentoring junior designers.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, design systems).
• Experience with user research, stakeholder interviews, personas, competitor analysis, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) within the design workflow.
