About the role

We are seeking a top‑tier Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale Meta Ads campaigns for DTC eCommerce brands across the UAE and GCC. This role goes beyond simple ad execution; you will act as a growth partner, shaping strategy and driving revenue for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale high‑performing Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram & Facebook).
• Strategise end‑to‑end customer journeys—from ad creative to landing pages and LTV.
• Audit, optimise, and scale campaigns based on data, not guesswork.
• Work closely with creative specialists and developers to align messaging and performance.
• Join client strategy calls and provide proactive insights that move the needle.
• Explore scaling opportunities across other platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Google.

Required profile

• Serious Meta Ads experience, having managed multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Proven track record in eCommerce performance marketing.
• Fluent in strategic communication and comfortable advising founders and CMOs.
• Ability to break down data, isolate bottlenecks, and identify scalable wins.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Thrives in fast‑moving teams, values direct feedback and accountability.
• Arabic speaking is a bonus.
