Senior Paid Social Executive

About the role

Carat is seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to own the end‑to‑end execution, optimisation and performance of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X. You will drive high‑impact campaigns, mentor junior teammates and collaborate with cross‑channel media teams to deliver integrated strategies for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and continuously optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and test audience segments, creative variations and bidding strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, engagement and reach.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic and Analytics teams to deliver cross‑channel solutions.
• Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats and algorithm changes, testing new features when relevant.
• Support client calls, quarterly reviews and strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior paid social executives to ensure quality and consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid social campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity for creative testing, data analysis and emerging trends.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
