Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant will lead the analysis of business requirements and design functional solutions for Odoo ERP implementations in Lebanon. You will act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, upgrade‑safe and aligned with Odoo best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews, workshops and process walkthroughs to gather end‑to‑end business requirements.
• Analyse client business models, workflows and reporting needs, identifying inefficiencies and proposing streamlined alternatives.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and functional flow diagrams.
• Design solutions using Odoo standard features and configurations, evaluating customization and integration trade‑offs.
• Validate functional feasibility, maintain version control, and secure stakeholder sign‑off on all deliverables.
• Serve as the main functional point of contact, managing expectations on scope, timelines and system limitations.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and review functional implementations.
• Identify functional risks early and contribute to delivery planning and milestone definition.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Odoo ERP functional implementations.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to conduct workshops and produce high‑quality FRDs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and mediate between business and technical teams.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and propose scalable, best‑practice solutions.
