Senior Full Stack Developer – Mobile (Flutter)

About the role

Poyesis, a Paris‑based web and mobile development agency, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer specialized in mobile development with Flutter. You will work in an agile team, collaborating closely with product and design, and will own the delivery of end‑to‑end features across mobile, web, and backend layers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship high‑quality Flutter applications that are maintainable, scalable and performant.
• Ensure code quality through testing, performance monitoring, security reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers via code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a technical reference, challenge architectural decisions and define best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend services, databases and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile development experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

• Flutter & Dart (primary mobile stack).
• React Native (optional).
• Frontend: React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, NestJS.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud.
• Containerisation & CI/CD: Docker, CI pipelines.
• Version control: Git.
• AI development assistants: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor.
