Senior Food & Beverage Sales Representative

About the role

Up For Grabs is launching a food‑surplus marketplace in Beirut and needs a senior sales professional to drive partner acquisition on the ground. You will be the first face of the brand, building relationships with restaurants, cafés and other F&B establishments to bring their surplus inventory onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and qualify high‑potential F&B businesses for partnership.
• Deliver tailored presentations of the platform, negotiate terms and close partnership agreements.
• Onboard new partners, guide them through account creation, listing setup and ensure active participation within the first week.
• Maintain regular follow‑up during the initial two weeks to support activation and retention.
• Record pipeline activity, capture field insights and provide strategic input to refine the acquisition process.

Required profile

• Significant B2B sales or business‑development experience in Lebanon’s F&B or HORECA sector.
• Deep familiarity with local operational norms and decision‑making processes of food‑service owners.
• Proven ability to build trust with owners and managers and move conversations to signed agreements.
