Senior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team. The role blends strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands‑on execution to deliver compelling digital experiences across campaigns, websites, apps and interactive media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital campaigns, websites, apps, and interactive experiences with a focus on UI/UX, brand identity and creative innovation.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product and development teams to bring concepts to life.
• Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers, setting high standards for creativity and execution.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders with clear strategic rationale.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, 3D and motion graphics.
• Ensure designs are optimized for multi‑device and multi‑platform experiences.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of proven experience in digital design, preferably in an agency, tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, UI/UX projects and motion or interactive design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience with mentoring, critique and collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design and usability best practices.
• Exceptional typography, layout and visual storytelling abilities.
• Professional PowerPoint presentation skills.
