Video Editor (Remote)

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental companies and needs a talented Video Editor to bring its product, founder stories, and brand to life. You will turn raw footage, product recordings and ideas into launch films, social content and ads that capture attention.

Key responsibilities

• Edit product launch and brand films, combining storytelling, product demos and strong visual direction.
• Create founder‑led content from interviews, talking‑head footage and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Produce short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn with compelling hooks.
• Build paid‑ad creative with variations in openings, messaging and calls‑to‑action.
• Enhance videos with screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography and clear visual explanations.
• Own post‑production including footage selection, colour grading, sound design, music, captions and final exports.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing craft and visual taste.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with motion‑design skills in After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds and shape emotion through music, silence and pacing.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora and ElevenLabs in the creative workflow.
• Independent work style, meets deadlines and responds well to direct feedback.
