Senior Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist (LEVANT)

About the role

As a Senior Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist for the Levant region, you will support Organon's Middle East Turkey & Africa Customer Service team. You will act as a bridge between customers, business units, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, accurate financial reporting, and successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain healthy inventory levels and manage customer orders based on sales forecasts.
• Resolve order issues, track order book status, and ensure timely shipments with proper documentation.
• Maintain and update Customer Master Data and Pricing Master Data.
• Support new product launches and variations in collaboration with demand planners and regulatory teams.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation and ensure timely supply for tenders.
• Manage accruals, credit notes, and financial estimates, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or finance, preferably in pharma or FMCG.
• Proven ability to partner with business units and build effective relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
