Senior Business Developer – Technology & Digital Solutions

About the role

The Senior Business Developer for Technology & Digital Solutions will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic sales opportunities in the tech and digital services market. You will work closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry engagement.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and technical requirements.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, commercial offers, and presentations in collaboration with design, development, and architecture teams.
• Lead negotiations, manage objections, and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate handover from sales to execution and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Accounting to align sales activities, pricing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue performance, pipeline status, conversion rates, and forecasts using the company’s CRM system.
• Stay updated on digital transformation trends and emerging technologies to enhance sales positioning.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in technology solutions, digital services, or software‑related industries.
• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bilingual; trilingual is a plus.
