Security Supervisor - Luxury Hotel Reopening

About the role

As Le Vendôme Beirut prepares to reopen, Accor is looking for a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations and safeguard guests, staff, visitors and the hotel property. The role sits within the executive leadership team responsible for the hotel's future.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and monitor guest areas, public spaces and back-of-house areas for compliance with security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems to spot and address potential risks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies and guest concerns.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, emergency procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare incident reports, keep accurate security records and report suspicious activity to management.
• Train, coach and guide security team members.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
• Support emergency response, fire safety drills and crisis management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of security experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, risk management and hotel safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, observation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment focused on guest safety.
