About the role
We are seeking a proactive Secretary to join a reputable law firm located in the heart of downtown Beirut. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Manage the filing system, update records, and organize documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for attorneys and staff.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Support department managers with various administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office organization techniques and strong time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
