About the role
The company is seeking a dedicated Secretary – Personal Assistant to support its CEO on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Beirut. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by handling executive administrative duties and acting as a liaison among internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Oversee day‑to‑day administrative and clerical tasks such as document preparation, filing and record keeping.
- Serve as the primary communication point between the CEO, staff, clients and suppliers.
- Handle occasional personal tasks for the CEO as required.
- Maintain organized records and ensure efficient office workflow.
Required profile
- Proven experience in personal assistance or executive administrative roles.
- Strong communication abilities and a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage.
Required skills
