Salesforce Release Management Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Release Management Developer to lead the planning, execution, and automation of Salesforce releases. The role bridges development, QA, and operations to ensure smooth, reliable deployments in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Merge code into the repository and deploy to test environments using Git‑based tools.
• Maintain and run the release workbook for test environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to coordinate release cycles.
• Automate release and deployment processes with CI/CD tools to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and provide timely resolution.
• Document release processes, deployment guidelines, and maintain governance compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• One or more Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
• Proven experience in release management or a DevOps‑related role.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers).
• Git, Bitbucket, and version‑control best practices.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Salesforce DX, VSCode, Tooling/Metadata APIs.
• Automation of deployment pipelines.
