Sales Support Engineer – Architectural Lighting

About the role

Bold Lighting is seeking a Sales Support Engineer in Dbayeh, Lebanon to strengthen its international sales operations. The role provides technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, including preparing quotations, performing lighting calculations, and coordinating execution across sales, engineering, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and validate commercial quotations, technical submittals, and project documentation.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations using DIALux and provide technical guidance to the sales team and clients.
• Maintain accurate project pipelines, update the CRM, and generate sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth project execution.
• Act as technical liaison for architects, consultants, contractors, and distributors during design, mock‑ups, sampling, and installation.
• Support client presentations, product demonstrations, trade shows, and on‑site mock‑ups as required.
• Utilize ERP systems to generate quotations, reports, and sales documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience in architectural lighting, construction, or technical sales support (exposure to lighting design is a plus).
• Strong technical communication and client‑facing skills; fluency in English (French is a plus).
