Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time hybrid position based in Jal El Dib, combining on‑site client meetings, office work and occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. You will identify prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, recommend suitable products, and manage the sales pipeline from proposal to closing. The role also includes ongoing customer service, policy renewal support, and collaboration with internal teams while staying current on market trends and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients, conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and close sales in line with company goals.
• Provide continuous customer service, handle inquiries and support policy renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, attend training sessions and keep up‑to‑date with product features, market trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid customer service experience with the ability to resolve issues.
• Proven sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Training and coaching abilities to educate clients and support junior team members.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline (advantage).
