Sales Representative – On‑site (Beqaa, Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Beqaa Governorate, Lebanon. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business, present our trading solutions and manage the complete sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers in the local market.
• Conduct in‑person meetings, present product and service offerings, and prepare quotations.
• Manage leads from generation through closing, ensuring accurate entry in CRM and sales records.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, gathering market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery and service quality.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer‑facing or account‑management roles, preferably in trading or wholesale.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently on‑site.
• High school diploma; further education in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software, including email and spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM tools for sales documentation.
