About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail team. In this position you will create a personalized shopping experience for customers, drive store sales, and uphold the visual standards of the sales floor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their style preferences and proactively suggest outfits or complementary pieces to deliver a tailored shopping experience.
- Work towards and exceed individual and store sales targets by maximizing units per transaction, promoting store offers and loyalty programmes.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing clothing racks, ensuring items are correctly sized, priced and ticketed, and replenishing stock from the warehouse to keep displays fresh.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Goal‑driven mindset with the ability to meet or surpass sales KPIs.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep the sales floor tidy and well‑presented.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
