Sales Representative – Food Products (Hybrid)

About the role

Pasta "del Libano" is seeking a full‑time hybrid Sales Representative based in Baissour/Aley. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with retail and wholesale customers for its range of Lebanese pasta products, while supporting brand visibility across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with retail and wholesale accounts.
• Ensure product visibility and optimal shelf placement in targeted stores.
• Visit clients regularly to present the full pasta portfolio.
• Negotiate terms, process orders and follow up on deliveries and payments.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Assist in training in‑store staff on product features and merchandising best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales abilities including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Experience in sales management and training to support account development and guide in‑store teams.
• Background in FMCG, food products or retail distribution.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and use sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within Lebanon.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
