About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promoter Pharma (Indoor) to join our pharmaceutical organization. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products within indoor healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, acting as a key liaison between the company and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff in indoor healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare decision‑makers and influencers.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate professionals about product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to provide insights to sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, pharmacy promotion, medical sales, or healthcare retail.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, and wellness products with strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
