About the role

Join Nestlé’s NesTalent program as a Sales Graduate Trainee and embark on a 24‑month immersive journey across the company’s sales and marketing functions. You will rotate through different teams, gaining hands‑on experience in category growth, shopper behavior, and consumer insights while contributing to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete several rotations across sales, marketing and category management teams.
• Support initiatives that drive category growth and market share.
• Analyze shopper and consumer data to inform sales strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales plans.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and presentations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong academic performance (high GPA).
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment.
• Curious, enthusiastic, quick learner with strong interpersonal skills.
