Sales Fleet Management System Specialist

About the role

Copax FMS, a company offering advanced fleet management and smart vehicle tracking solutions, is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join its team in Dbayeh, Beirut. The role covers business development, acquiring new clients and promoting fleet management, telematics and smart tracking solutions. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, full time.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand the client base in transport, logistics and commercial fleet sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Deliver commercial proposals and product/service demos.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and keep customer satisfaction high.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure a good customer experience.
• Follow market trends, analyse competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Experience with Fleet Management Systems, telematics, GPS tracking or similar tech solutions is a plus.
