Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

Remly is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and book discovery meetings for a Shopify Plus partner serving enterprise and growth brands across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target businesses in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Jordan that match three ideal profiles (migration, growth, and B2B clients).
• Conduct personalized outreach in Arabic and English via email, LinkedIn, phone or WhatsApp, avoiding mass blasts and generic automation.
• Qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings for the founder, and maintain a clean, disciplined pipeline in the CRM.
• Report weekly on activity metrics, response rates, meetings booked and provide market insights such as objections, pricing sensitivity and competitor information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B or agency sales experience selling services or SaaS to owners and decision‑makers.
• Experience in ecommerce or Shopify environments, with knowledge of Shopify, Shopify Plus, Zid, Salla and WooCommerce.
• Proven cold‑outreach and prospecting skills, including personalized messaging and objection handling.
• Fluency in Arabic and English and familiarity with Gulf and Levant business culture.
