About the role
Insights Prep is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive customer growth through outbound outreach. You will work closely with the founding team, manage lead pipelines, and help shape the company’s growth strategy in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and maintain a clean master database of parent leads.
- Communicate with prospects using modern outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo, Clay) and AI‑assisted workflows.
- Meet weekly targets for booked meetings and completed forms.
- Track, analyze, and report outreach and conversion performance.
- Identify, test, and implement new growth initiatives, automation, and AI improvements.
- Run outbound email campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and build organized lead lists.
- Experiment with messaging, variables, and new outreach ideas.
- Leverage alternative channels such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp to reach prospects.
- Monitor outreach infrastructure health and report daily/weekly progress to management.
Required profile
- Based in Lebanon.
- 1‑5 years of professional experience in sales development or business development.
- Previous experience in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent or native English with strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership and open to feedback.
