Sales & Customer Specialist – Beauty Devices (On‑site, Mkalles)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Specialist to join our beauty‑devices brand in Beirut. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in at‑home clinic solutions such as IPL hair removal, microneedling and skincare devices, guiding them from inquiry to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, email and Instagram and convert them into sales.
• Advise customers on the most suitable device for their skin type, hair concerns and daily routine.
• Resolve order issues, returns and warranty claims promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with previous buyers to promote additional devices and upsell.
• Use existing sales and customer‑service playbooks and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Passionate knowledge of skincare and beauty products, with personal experience using similar devices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken (French a plus).
• Excellent written communication on messaging platforms and confident phone etiquette.
• Customer‑focused attitude, eager to achieve sales targets.
• Based in or near Beirut and available to work on‑site from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
