Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

CIS College, part of CIS Group, a vocational and technical education college and training center in Lebanon with 32 branches and over 7,000 graduates per year, is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative for its Zouk branch. The role promotes and sells training courses, meets sales targets and provides customer support through registration and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell training courses to potential students and turn walk-ins, phone calls and online leads into enrollments.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, following up with prospects and maintaining a lead database.
• Explain course offerings, schedules and pricing, and verify documents and data entry during registration.
• Guide students on payment plans and prerequisites, and work with academic and administrative teams.
• Act as a point of contact for students, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and inquiry reports, coordinate with marketing on campaigns, and gather student feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or education counseling is preferred.
• Arabic and English are required.
• Goal-oriented, able to handle several tasks and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
