Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

CIS College, part of CIS Group, a vocational and technical education college and training center in Lebanon with 32 branches and over 7,000 graduates per year, is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative for its Zouk branch. The role promotes and sells training courses, meets sales targets and provides customer support through registration and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell training courses, converting walk-in inquiries, phone calls and online leads into enrollments
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain a lead database
• Assist students with registration, verify documents and enter data accurately
• Guide students on payment plans, prerequisites and other enrollment requirements
• Act as a point of contact for students, resolve issues and handle complaints professionally
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and inquiry reports and work with the marketing team on campaigns
• Gather student feedback to improve service and course offerings

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or education counseling is preferred
• Arabic and English are required
• Goal-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
