Sales Consultant – Home Decoration

About the role

Khoury Home Appliances is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join the La Maison (Home Decoration) section. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers transform their living spaces with expert advice on décor, furniture, and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assess their home styling needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations on decoration, furniture, and accessories.
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized, and well‑merchandised department floor.
• Stay current with interior design trends, fabrics, colors, and product ranges.
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and department sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor.
• Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• A flair for style, spatial aesthetics, and customer‑centric service.
• BA in Business; a degree or coursework in Interior Design is a strong asset.
