Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Hermès boutique in downtown. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets while representing the heritage of the Hermès brand.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of Hermès brand fundamentals, history, collections, features, pricing and sales pitches.
• Stay proactively informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Deliver superior client experience by welcoming, valuing and promptly attending to clients.
• Enhance brand perception and create desire for the brand among new and existing clients.
• Adapt communication style through active listening to capture client needs and motivations.
• Engage clients with storytelling and emotional connection to build loyal relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with GALOP policies, IT tools, security, retail operations and data protection regulations.
• Adhere to GALOP Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines, acting as a role model in the luxury industry.
• Collaborate with the team to complete operational tasks on time and to high standards.
• Conduct all actions, transactions and decisions in line with company practices and legal requirements, with transparency and integrity.
