About the role

CrossFit Lebanon is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join its Dbayeh store. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right products while delivering a friendly and professional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in‑store.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive store display.
  • Assist with stock organization and inventory management.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer‑oriented personality.
  • Sales‑driven and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Good organizational abilities and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in sportswear retail is a plus.
