Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will turn customer questions into positive experiences, helping users in French and English across chat, email, and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Share insights from customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with i5 processor or better, high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
