About the role

The Rehabilitation Specialist will join a healthcare team dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. This role involves direct patient interaction, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver physiotherapy sessions focused on recovery, pain relief, mobility improvement, and function restoration.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher).
Minimum 5 years of experience in physiotherapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient‑focused, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
