Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Achrafieh, supporting Spectrum Hospitality Group’s diverse portfolio of hotels and restaurants. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from crafting job ads to onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job postings across appropriate channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for hospitality and service‑oriented positions.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding activities and support basic training or orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that reflect the group’s values and culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in hospitality, hotel, or retail environments.
• Strong interviewing and communication abilities to assess fit and build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting onboarding and basic training programs.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar HR recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with HR information systems for record‑keeping and reporting.
