Recruiter / Headhunter for Lebanese Talent Market

About the role

PMC is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Headhunter to build a high‑performing team across marketing, creative, product and technology functions in Lebanon. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing and placing talent for performance‑marketing, digital product and technology positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Identify and approach qualified candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and community channels.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for media buyers, creative strategists, video editors, copywriters, product owners, software developers and other related roles.
• Screen candidates for experience, skills, cultural fit and motivation.
• Conduct initial interviews, present shortlists to hiring managers and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Handle interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation and follow‑up communication.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and specialized positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.
• Support PMC in strengthening its employer brand within the Lebanese market.

Required profile

• Significant recruitment or headhunting experience in the Lebanese market.
• Proven track record of filling marketing, creative, product or technology roles.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital products, mobile apps or related industries.
• Established professional network in Lebanon (highly desirable).
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional proficiency in English.
