Human Resource Manager

About the role

Maison Dada, a boutique hospitality concept in Beirut, seeks a senior HR & People Operations Manager to build a strong people‑management foundation and drive an engaged, high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address root causes of turnover, conduct stay and exit interviews, and develop retention initiatives.
• Establish performance expectations, disciplinary procedures, and consistent evaluation processes.
• Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law and NSSF requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for all operational areas.
• Coach managers on people management, communication, and conflict resolution to foster a service‑oriented culture.
• Coordinate training programs, supervise development pathways, and support service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/generalist role.
• Proven hospitality background (restaurants, hotels, multi‑outlet F&B).
• Demonstrated success in employee relations, retention, and HR system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor legislation and NSSF procedures.

Required skills

• Expertise in HR reporting, payroll coordination, and common office tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and leadership presence.
